Yes. The nearest train station is Paltamo railway station, from where it is a 20-minute drive to Arctic Giant. We can arrange transportation from the train station in both directions.
Wireless WiFi is available in all our accommodations. However, the main building and the reception have a better WiFi connection.
No, parking is free.
There is one official electric car charging point (type2) and several heating poles in the area, which can also be used as charging points.
Check-in time is 4 pm. However, if your accommodation has already been cleaned earlier, earlier check-in is also possible.
In general, the best time to see the northern lights is from January to mid-March.
Activity equipment and guided safaris can also be booked upon arrival. However, we recommend pre-booking online to make sure you don’t miss out on the safari.

We have a lot of birds, especially hawks, eagles and owls. There are also many other forest animals in our area, which are friendly but a bit shy and often hide in the forest.
